It combines hypnosis with elements of psychotherapy, CBT, and NLP to help uncover the deeper patterns behind what you’re experiencing.In one or several 1:1 sessions, we work directly on your specific issue. Together, we uncover the underlying beliefs and patterns shaping your experience — and work toward meaningful change.I guide the process in a calm, structured, and individual way.
